Changents connects Agents of Change with a fan base of Backers around the world, enabling them to create change together.

Change Agents are the rock stars of social change. They’re the people who put it on the line everyday to get it done. And there are lots of “super fans” out there who want to get into the act by backing Change Agents and propelling their efforts forward.

That’s where Changents comes in. We enable Change Agents and members of our community around the world to broadcast their amazing stories of creating change and mobilize help from friends everywhere. Through the Changents site, and shortly through portable extensions of Changents on sites across the Internet, Change Agents are able to team-up with a receptive audience of Backers who can respond to, spread, support and consume their innovations and ideas. Change Agent stories are told and can be shared Internet-wide through short videos, photos, podcasts, original music, live chat events and in many other ways.

At the moment one of these stories scores an emotional connection with a Changents community member, the loop is closed by providing online and offline options for backing a Change Agent through personal action opportunities called Action Requests. As Change Agents and members bring more and more people into the Changents community by sending out invitations to join, they are able to see how their friends and their friends’ friends are responding through our patent-pending tracking and visualization technology called The Ripple.

Change Agents are everywhere. Hopefully you’ve noticed that you’re able to nominate Change Agents on Changents – yourself; a group of individuals that you belong to; someone you know; or those you’ve heard about.
