Rocking out at Timberland's Dig It!

It's not often you get to tell your friends you're opening for Pearl Jam.

Ok, so that's a bit of an exageration, but I still got to feel like a bit of a celebrity last weekend. On Saturday night, I took part in Timberland's Dig It! a day of tree-planting, community service, and a kicking party and concert to celebrate.

I couldn't make it for most of the day, but got to get up on a stage at the concert and tell people about Changents and our work with 350.org. To be honest, it's a bit embarrasing to be introduced as "And now . . . . Agent 350!", but I guess that's what Prince or Bono probably felt like the first time, right?

And the music was great. Stone Gossard from Pearl Jam played a set, but even more wild was a 16 year-old Johnny Cash impersonater, Vince Mira, who had almost exactly the same voice as the legendary musician.

We're slammed with work right now at 350 -- check out the vidoes and action requests about our new campaign to invite the Presidential candidates to Poland, coming soon -- so the concert was a nice change of pace.

As the famous saying goes, "I don't want to be part of your revolution if I can't dance!"
