Fortunate are those who can recall a single moment that changed their perspective of the world -- for ChangeAgent Brad Corrigan, who has performed on the stage of a sold out Madison Square Garden, it was stepping foot in burnings piles of trash, alongside the people who live there.
"When entering what appears to be a war-zone it seems appropriate to enter with proper armor and protection. Love Light & Melody has learned however, that sometimes the most powerful weapons of protection are also the most surprising! This was most certainly the case for 2008's "Day of Light" celebration. Brad; I had the pleasure of speaking you with Sept 9, 08 at JAX as you checked in to return home. I do not know if you recall but you were unable to check in and required assistance. Ath this time your record had to be retrieved and your MPI status provided the venue for our exchange. Never do we know the purpose that others are placed in our paths and I give great praise to the Lord for being the "all knowing" and the "great I am". Instead of dedicating time to my final (which is due on 14 Sept) I have been viewing lovelightandjoy in an effort to discover more. I have been touched and educated in several ways. Always, as we seek doors open to us as we realize a greater purpose of giving, loving, sharing, hope and faith is the driving factor of all which is good, those "things" which are right.
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." 2 Timothy 4:7
As I move forward the direction is to complete my ba (Human Services Management) and lean towards the direction of time spent with your organization. Thank you and all of the others for the effortless time and dedication to the people in this community, how they must love you! I am sharing the website with a list of many in the hopes they will reach within themselves as they question, "there has to be more...." There certainly is, as others sharing comments have reinforced.
Be well...

Hi Brad
Thank you! Thank you for having the courage to make a difference and inspire others. You are quite wonderful. I would love to help get your story and that of the beautiful people you are helping out there and raise more awareness. I first heard of what you are doing through the new clip for Chris Daughtry's song - What About Now. Please contact me so that I may assist.
Take care Brad, and all the very best.
Warmest regards
Belinda
Hello Brad,
Sadly, I have to admit that I became aware of your work in Nicaragua only today, after having seen your clip in the new Daughtry "What About Now" video. That led me to this site .......... you and all the other young people doing whatever they can to help the disadvantaged, be it at home or away, have my greatest admiration. It gladdens my heart that so many wonderful, talented musicians are giving of themselves to help those who cannot help themselves.
Peace

I was involved in a medical mission trip to bluefields Nicaragua and I would love to get involved in your programs in Managua. My husband is a talented and recorded musician (Brad: He is the guy you borrowed the guitear from in Holland, MI). We both have hearts for helping people and would love to get involved. Please let us know how to go about doing that.
Thanks,
april muske
