The Women Worldwide Initiative connects, inspires and educates women and girls through mentorship programs, social change projects, and an information and inspiration-based online social network.

Fortunately for me, my mom escaped a bloody massacre in West Africa. She came to the US as a refugeee, single mom, & made something of herself. At some point,I stopped being a crazy teenager & together we embarked on a journey. We help moms+babes keep their lives b/c we were blessed 2 keep ours.

Code Hero is a game that teaches you how to become a hero and make games that teach everything else so we can code the change we wish to see by coding the games we wish to play to make all knowledge playable. We want passionate aspiring game makers to help mentor humanity and hack the future!

From earliest memory, abuse marked my days. Sexual abuse at the hands of one’s father creates oppressive captivity. Dissociation saved me then. Fighting for the protection of every child saves me now - changing the world one child at a time. But the memories of a murdered childhood remain.

We need to raise awareness around our kickstarter project. We're leaving for Uganda, Ireland and Italy to shoot a documentary around young women and get their answers to what is going to help their upward mobility.We have one week left to reach our goal.

I run a free community service called Help From Home that encourages people to participate in easy, no commitment, free microvolunteering opportunities, ie bite-sized voluntary actions that can be completed in under 30 minutes from a person's own home - even in their pyjamas if they want to!

Grace & Jack Knits is dedicated to providing quality knit items to local shelters. I really want those in to have beautiful and functional garments that say, "Someone loves you and yes, you matter." Being able to do that just makes my heart soar.
