What's going on here? Our kids are being discriminated against at school, at church and at public restaurants. Do people really think our kids should just be locked up at home and never taken out to interact with others? Or is the ignorance just because autism is an invisible disability, and people assume our kids are misbehaving?
Clearly we have a lot of work to do to increase awareness and understanding.
