To request a password, enter your Changents user name or the email address you included when you registered for Changents. A temporary password will be sent to you shortly. You may use that password for a one-time log in.

Once logged in, you must change your password on the Update My Account page. You get there by clicking the Profile link (in the log-in box, upper right corner of the page) or by visiting your member profile page and selecting the Edit My Account tab.
