About Me
I was born on March 29, 1985 in Raleigh, NC. I graduated from Georgetown University in May 2007 with a B.S. in Honors Human Science. At Georgetown, I played varsity football letter winner, created the Students of AMF Support Network, and worked extensively with congress to increase funding for cancer research. For this work, our cause was given a 2007 BRICK Award winner for being a young person who has “changed the world” and named to the 2007 USA TODAY Academic All-America First Team. Currently, I am pursuing a Masters' in Public Health at Oxford University as the 2007 Allbritton Scholar. After Oxford, I will attend the University of Pennsylvania Medical School.
