  • Actually, we've got quite a few restaurants growing their own food these days, Blue Hill Stone Barns probably one of the most well known. More recently, Marlow and Sons in Brooklyn opened a dedicated butcher shop and general store called Marlow and Daughters, where the chefs are raising approximately 250,000 bees on their roof, providing almost all of the honey the restaurant uses per year. For their first harvest, they're expecting over 100 gallons of honey. Not too bad for cement city!
