Rachel, you make some fabulous points here. I think for people who aren't as well versed on the topic you raise several key points otherwise missed. I completely agree about increasing food production as a sustainable way to deal with the food crisis. Sprinkles shouldn't be the norm or the forward thinking solution, but they should be a last resort. Just seeing the work you're doing, I know it's possible to work toward a plan to introduce sustainable farming in many of these areas.

Even if you can have an impact on person's life than your work is well worth it. Sometimes people don't realize their own power to change the world, even if it's the life of one individual. It's great to hear you recognize your impact. Keep up your good work!
