  • Thanks Joe! I'm really enthusiastic about The Mug Project, as it goes hand-in-hand with my cause. It's all about reducing waste! Water or coffee, ditch the disposable junk. Thanks for showing your support for my idea and may I never use a cardboard Starbucks cup again! John

  • Actually, Eleanor, the scary thing is that those numbers are even less than the facts Nalgene has on their Filter for Good website. Their national statistic says Americans use 50 billion water bottles in a year. 70 million bottles in a day equals 25.5 billion in a year. That is roughly half of what Nalgene's stat says. And as for oil, check out my upcoming blog post!!
