Hello Bus People, I am on the board of the ReCONNstruction Center, 230 South St., New Britain, CT 06051. We are doing wonderful things for the landfills. We are partners with the ReUse People which is Deconstruction and began in California. Now there are Regional Managers in Connecticut! We are a non-profit organization and take in tax deductible donations of building materials from contractors, homeowners, landlords or anyone, and resell the usable materials to the public at low prices. Connecticut has no more space left in the landfills, the state is trucking building materials to Ohio! We are keeping products out of the landfills. We also assist charitable organizations with complimentary building materials, and raise money for other non-profits in need (as we are).
